Push&Pull
This is a performative photography series in which I explore the idea of the “physics of the impossible,” inspired by the text of the same name by Michio Kaku. Here I am considering the geometry of the body in relation to the surrounding environment & the space that can be opened when stretching the limits of the possible. I am interested in the reverberations of this notion.
Created during my artist residency at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts (Omaha, NE) in 2016.
